Brownie Fudge

I'm Chinmayie´s biggest fan! Her recipes are easy, simple and very healthy. This time, after a long search for the perfect brownies recipe (I needed it to make Joaco´s cake look like a tire) I decided, once again, to use of her blog-Lovefoodeat. It's actually a brownie fudge that, apart from baking the way I needed it, was a total hit. So much that there were no left overs for the next day lol.

Super dark! Just what I needed

Ingredients
2 ¼ cups of whole wheat flour
2 cups brown sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 ½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup olive oil
1 ½ cups water
4 tsp apple cider vinegar
½ cup over ripe banana mashed well.

Preheat oven @ 170ºC
Combine all the dry ingredients plus the chocolate chips and mix well. Mix all the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. If the banana is not very ripe, place it in a blender until smooth. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones and mix well. Pour the batter into a greased pan (with olive oil) lightly covered with flour. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or till the tooth pick cames out clean.

Ingredients
2 ¼ taza harina de trigo integral
2 tazas azucar morena
2 cdta bicarbonato de sodio
1 cdta sal
1 taza cacao en polvo sin azúcar
 ½ taza chocolate chips
½ taza aceite de oliva
1 ½ tazas agua
4 cda vinagre cidra de manzana
½ taza cambur (platano) maduro bien machacado.

Precalentar horno a 170ºC
