After looking around everywhere, I couldn´t find something that I liked for New Year´s Eve party. So I decided to make my own masks...It was really easy and they looked fabulous. I made them with pink or yellow feathers (so you could choose) and next year I´ll definitely make them again but earlier. This way I can put lot´s of more stuff on them lol!

Así era los cotillones antes de poner manos a la obra...This is what they looked like before the makeover...

Nothing that a little metallic spray paint and some glitter can´t fix...
Then, in order the avoid the usual breaking of the super tiny piece of rubber that they come with, I replaced it with some red string- the type that you use to gift wrap. It was what I had in hand but if I do make them again I´ll definitely use a thicker and longer rubber band.
A feather over here, another over there and VOILA!
Ahora sólo faltan las modelos... Let´s see them on the models...

  13. I'll have to make these with my daughter. She loves fun sparkly things like this just as much as making arts projects!
